Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively within Thailand.

Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination address using standard domestic courier rates.

Domestic Delivery Estimates (Thailand Post)

Orders are shipped via Thailand Post Registered (Eco). Delivery estimates depend on your location within Thailand:

Bangkok & Perimeter: 2–3 business days
Provinces: 3–5 business days
Islands & Remote Areas: 5–7+ business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the postal service and may occasionally experience delays during peak periods or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We take great care in packing your items securely. However, once an order is handed over to Thailand Post, we are not directly responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the courier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents immediately and contact us so we can help file a claim or assist you with the postal service.
