Cook what you love most
Because we cook everything from scratch, each class includes three dishes. Pick your favorites from the menu below. Shrimp, pork, or beef are all possible, and vegetarian or vegan versions are no problem. Please tell us about any allergies when you enquire.
Everything is natural and handmade, from the coconut milk we press by hand to the curry pastes we pound ourselves. Fresh herbs come from Sasi's own garden, and every ingredient is chosen with care, so you learn how real Thai food tastes.
Special wishes?
Is there a dish you've always wanted to master that isn't on the list? Just let us know. Sasi can prepare most Thai dishes, but we'll need to discuss and confirm it with you first.
Mention your three dishes (or your special wish) in the message field when you enquire, and we'll confirm everything with your booking.
Your day at a glance
Classes usually start at 9:30 AM with a fresh coconut welcome drink. You'll cook your chosen dishes hands-on, then enjoy lunch together around 2 PM. Water, apple juice, and a signature cocktail are included.
